These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bz66 ("bz66", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bz66 website accessible at bz66.lat and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon. By accessing the bz66 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bz66 platform. bz66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically. These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026.

To register and use the bz66 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bz66 enforces strict age verification procedures and will request documentation at any point during the account lifecycle to confirm age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering an account or placing wagers. All accounts must be registered and operated by the beneficial owner of the account.
• You must not have been previously excluded from bz66 under any self-exclusion agreement or have had a prior account closed for Terms violations.

bz66 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any existing account at its sole discretion if it determines that the eligibility requirements are not or are no longer being met. In such cases, any legitimate balance remaining may be returned to the registered payment method used for the account's most recent deposit, subject to identity verification.

To access the full bz66 platform you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a chosen password. You agree to the following conditions when creating and operating your account:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) bz66 account. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether in the same name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. bz66 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login details. You must notify bz66 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Account registration on bz66 constitutes your confirmation that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP), that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order relating to gambling, and that the funds you deposit have been obtained through lawful means.
• bz66 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identification document and proof of payment method ownership.

bz66 will send a one-time verification code (OTP) to the mobile number provided at registration to confirm ownership of that number. Account activation is conditional on successful OTP verification. bz66 may also verify account details via subsequent communications to the registered mobile number for security-sensitive actions such as password resets or withdrawal requests.

Deposits

bz66 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as bank transfer to selected financial institutions including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bz66 does not impose a maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though bz66 may impose limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. bz66 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be refunded and the account suspended pending investigation.
• bz66 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. bz66 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance reaches the minimum.
• bz66 processes withdrawal requests for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within an average of 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).
• bz66 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where KYC verification has not been completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

bz66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Each bonus is available only once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses claimed by multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be voided.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion terms for each individual offer.
• bz66 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A "new player" is defined as an individual registering their first-ever account on the bz66 platform from a unique mobile number not previously associated with a bz66 account.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer will expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms (typically 7 days from award). Unused free spins at the point of expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.

bz66 may withdraw, amend, or substitute any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is in the process of completing the wagering requirement, the player's progress will be preserved and the original promotion terms will apply until completion.

bz66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Gambling on bz66 should be an enjoyable recreational activity; it should not be pursued as a source of income or to recover from financial losses. bz66 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to cap the amount they deposit over a given period.
• Session time limits — players may configure maximum session durations after which the platform will automatically log them out, prompting a deliberate decision to re-engage.
• Cooling-off periods — players may apply a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which betting and deposits are suspended.
• Self-exclusion — players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from bz66 may do so by contacting our support team. Once a self-exclusion is in place it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bz66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. bz66 actively monitors transactions for suspicious activity and cooperates with law enforcement authorities where required.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or extract data from the bz66 platform without prior written authorisation from bz66.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market. This includes sharing cards in live poker, coordinating bets in peer-to-peer games, or any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party, including any arrangement under which a third party funds the account or receives a share of the account's winnings.

bz66 employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts and transaction patterns continuously. Where prohibited activity is detected, bz66 may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice. The outcome of any such investigation is final and binding.

All content on the bz66 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website, is owned by or licensed to bz66 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bz66 platform without the prior written consent of bz66. Unauthorised use of bz66 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bz66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, even if bz66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bz66 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bz66 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the platform from territories where online gambling is prohibited is done at the user's own risk and is the user's sole responsibility.

bz66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bz66 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and stores all personal data on secure servers. bz66 does not sell personal data to third parties. bz66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bz66 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered mobile number or by posting a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bz66 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revision, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and bz66, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. bz66 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the matter.
